Changes
This is a painting I did a couple of weeks ago.....first one of done in a very long time I had carpal tunnel surgery in Feb. and my hand is finally feeling normal again. I had this sketch in my mixed media journal and decided to give her some color....she went through many changes before I finished her. I was struggling with her hair, so, I took a Kate Thompson stencil with some heaving gesso and then just started dripping paint over it! :-)

My Frida!
This is my interpretation of Frida, inspired by Kara Bulluck in her an online class, the Frida Experience. I purchased it from her Etsy Shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/KaraBullockArt
...Great class, Kara goes into lots of detail and explains things very well...

Bookworm Girl
I took a class with Tamara LaPorte called Bookworm Girl. I have a young friend who is a librarian and she just had a baby girl! I though this would be a perfect picture for her nursery! Here's a link to the class.
